Trip Description

Depart time: 9:00 am

Meet at hotel lobby and depart to Sadir village. The journey will take around 2 hours.

Day 1 features experience to live like a local Bidayuh native in the village. Walk around the village after lunch and visit the surrounding waterfalls, houses, hall, old longhouse, and even their primary school. Try on their traditional costumes as well during the village tour. Hang out with the locals throughout the night after dinner.

Day 2 features moderate waterfall trekking to two of the waterfalls around that village, and traditional cooking lesson. Trekking to the less unknown waterfall may take around 1 and a half hour to reach. Upon reaching you can either enjoy swimming or just sunbathing on any large rocks nearby. Also learn from the local guide on how to do bird trapping the traditional native way. Trek back to the village after lunch and see if you can catch any birds along the way before releasing the birds. Check out from the local’s house after reaching the village.
