By bus

Buses depart from the Klang Bus Station( just a short walk from the Pasar Seni(Central Market) LRT Station and stop at Klang's main bus station about 1km from the port. Best to take the KTM instead. (c below)

By rail

The KTM Komuter trains leaves every 30minutes from KL Sentral station or the old railway station and takes you all the way to the KTM stop just 10minutes walk across the bridge from the Klang Bus Terminal. The Klang Bus Terminal is located opposite to the MyDin Shopping Complex in Klang town.

Coffee shop:

Begin your tour in Klang at the Coffee Shop. As soon as you come out of the station you see a road directly in front of you called Jalan Sultan. The coffee shop is on your left hand side. You cannot possibly miss it. Here are also some interesting shops opposite the road.

Gedung Raja Abdullah:
It is on the same road as the KTM Komuter station. So you turn left if once you come out of the station. Walk along the old shops and when you come around a bend right underneath a bridge, keep a lookout for the rusty burnt cars. That's when you know you've found the building.

By ferry

If you're looking to cross the straits to Sumatra, there are passenger ferries that ply the route. Just make sure you have a valid Indonesian visa before boarding and plan your route carefully as the ferry stops at Tanjung Balai (Asahan) in Sumatra. The fare is RM80 one way/ RM150 return and departs daily at 1.00pm from Pelabuhan Klang/Port Klang.(travel time:31/2hours). If you need more information, call Aerospeed at (603) 3165 3073
