The most suitable time to visit Kuala Selangor Nature Park (Taman Alam Kuala Selangor) would be early morning at about 7.00am when the birds come out to feed and then late evening between 5.00pm - 7.00pm. The air would also be cooler, although late evenings would attract more mosquitoes.
Charges at the park
Entrance fee is collected at the MNS/Taman Alam visitor centre. Just follow the signs clearly marked at the entrance to the park. Adults: RM4.00, students(till secondary level): RM1.00; MNS members: RM2.00
Guided Tours
Tours are only conducted for groups of minimum 20persons and arrangements must be made with the ranger in advance. Please call for arrangements at Tel: +6 03-32892294 ( everyday - 9.00 am. -.5.00 p.m.)

• Drinking water
• Picnic goodies
• A carrier for the toddler, pushchairs are not so suitable on the dirt road that circles the park
• A garbage bag for used containers and other items. There are few rubbish bins so TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME WITH YOU
• Binoculars and map of the area provided at the visitor centre
• Mosquito repellent - CRUCIAL!!!!
• A hat, raincoat and walking stick if necessary
• Camera and extra films
