With its majestic dome and stunning gold inlay motifs, Sabah State Mosque sits a stone's throw away from the city centre. Then, transfer to Sabah State Museum where inside are various Galleries housing Natural History, Ceramics, Ethnography and Archaeology exhibits, among others. Continue by a drive to the Signal Hill with photo stop for a view of the Kota Kinabalu. You will have to hike for 20 minutes in order for you to reach at its site where you can have a bird’s eye view of the rainforest. Round trip takes about 40 minutes). Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, proceed to Kinabalu National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy the cool and fresh air of the park. Then board on the speed boat and put on the life jacket provided. The boat ride to Manukan Island will takes about 15 minutes. After registration, you are free at your own leisure. Activities of selection are sun bathing, swimming, snorkeling, trekking and water sports activities at your own expenses. In the afternoon, depart from Manukan Island and hop to Sapi Island where your barbeque lunch is ready to be served.
