Upon arrival at the Poring Hot Spring, you can choose either to take a refreshing dip of the hot sulphur in indoor or outdoor tubs (which have health as well curative properties for skin diseases) or proceed to the famous Canopy Walkway (The Walkway is 157.8m long and 41m high. You will have to hike for 20 minutes in order for you to reach at its site where you can have a bird’s eye view of the rainforest. Round trip takes about 40 minutes). Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, proceed to Kinabalu National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy the cool and fresh air of the park. Then board on the speed boat and put on the life jacket provided. The boat ride to Manukan Island will takes about 15 minutes. After registration, you are free at your own leisure. Activities of selection are sun bathing, swimming, snorkeling, trekking and water sports activities at your own expenses.
