Surcharge:

Surcharge of RM 60.00++ (RM 69.00nett) per night is applicable during F1 period from 5th till 9th April 2007

Bedding Policy:

One Bedroom Suite

* The one (1) bedroom suite is for a maximum of 3 staying adults however for the 3rd person, an extra bed is required and is chargeable at RM70.00++ (RM80.50 nett) * A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children below 12years based on existing beddings * If more than 3 staying adults, then a 2nd suite or a 2-bedroom suite is required

Two Bedroom Suite

* The two (2) bedroom suite is for a maximum of 5 persons based on existing bedding. The 5th person requires an extra bed at RM70.00++(RM80.50 nett) * A maximum of 4 staying adults and 2 children below 12years old based on existing beddings * For 5 adults and 1 child, an extra bed is required at RM70.00++ (RM80.50 nett) * The monthly rate is only applicable upon completion of continuous 30 nights' stay otherwise daily rates will apply

Monthly Rates:

• Monthly stay rates will not be adjusted retrospectively i.e. should daily stay be extended to 30nights or more, monthly rates will apply from date of advice.
• Normal check-in time is at 3.00pm on arrival date and check-out time is 12.00noon on day of departure.
• Rates valid until 31st December 2007
