P.S. A 10minute walk to the Mersing jetty and the Mersing information centre. The hostel also provides various trips to the jungles and also an island-hopping day trip which includes snorkelling at 4 or 5 islands close to mainland…depending on the itinerary, Pulau Mensirip, Pulau Rawa, Pulau Bual, Pulau Harimau are often good choices with beautiful coral formations and a good mix of marine inhabitants. The island tour costs RM70 per person and includes lunch but only leaves when there are enough people. (4pax min).
