P.S. Another beautiful colonial bungalow with a sprawling garden and lovely old garden pots imported from Shanghai, weathered down over decades in the cold temperate of the highlands. Mrs Chong, the housekeeper cooks wonderful meals but place you menu early.

Cancellation Charge

No refund will be given for a cancellation of a rental except that a refund of 50% will be made if the cancellation is notified not less than two weeks before the commencement of the rental period, or four weeks in the case of a rental period falling within the school holidays or over a public holiday in Malaysia or Singapore.

House Service

From 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. daily.

Meals

cooking by tenants cannot be permitted.

The Hilltop housekeeper, will provide meals if required at the following prices per head:

Full Breakfast RM 7.00

Chinese Lunch RM 9.00 - RM15.00

Western Lunch RM12.00 - RM22.00

Afternoon Tea RM 5.00

Chinese Dinner RM12.00 - RM20.00

Western Dinner RM16.00 - RM26.00

Special meal arrangements can be made with the housekeeper, at prices to be mutually agreed upon.
