A surcharge of RM 30 nett per person applies during eves of public holidays and public holidays in Malaysia & Singapore. * Rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit nett based on per person basis * Rates valid from15th February 2011 to 15th October 2011 * All schedules and itineraries are subject to sea and weather conditions and the management reserves the right to alter, change or cancel according to its own discretion and such alterations or changes are final and no compensation shall be paid to whatsoever form of claims for loss of any kind

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME

* Check In : 2.00pm (early check in is possible if rooms are available) ; Check Out : 10.00am or earlier if departure boat is earlier * Any request for check-out time extension will be subject to room availability and management discretion * If extend check out time to / after 3.00pm, there will be a nominal charge of RM100 per room.

Terms & Conditions:

All confirmed bookings must be paid in full before the expiry of the payment deadline given. Upon the expiry of the deadline, the booking will be automatically cancelled without any further notice.

In the event of cancellation of bookings after full payment was remitted, the following cancellation policies applies :-

More than 1 month to arrival date : Full Refund less Admin Fees (5%) of total value

3 weeks or more to arrival date : 70% Refund less Admin Fees (5%) of total value

2 weeks or more to arrival date : 50% Refund less Admin Fess (5%) of total value

Less than 2 weeks : NO Refund

NO REFUND will be made in whole or in part for any unused days or unconsumed food at the Resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure. Confirmed guests who do not show up will be charged in full and no refund will be made for whatever reasons.

REVISION of rates is subject to resort discretion and without prior notice.
