Please Note:
* All rates are nett quoted in RM and includes 5% government tax * The Treehouse rates include breakfast for 2 persons, the items in the mini fridge and the tea and coffee making facilities * The Cabins rates are inclusive of breakfast for 6 persons and tea and coffee making facilities * Extra Persons: A maximum of 2 children (12 years or younger) or 1 Person are allowed in a Treehouse

Season Rates:
* Low season takes effect from 1st January – 29th February 2008 and 1st November – 31st December 2008. Applicable for cabin accommodation only.
* There is no low season rate for the Treehouses.
* Peak season includes the night / eve of public holidays.
* The above rates will not apply from the 10th – 14th July 2008 (Rainforest World Music Festival dates). A separate package will apply during the stated time.
Terms & Conditions:
* Any cancellations must be received in writing 14 days before the date of arrival to obtain a 50% levy on your deposit. If no notification is given in 14 days or less of the arrival date then no levy will be issued. * We
reserve the rights to change these rates and your organisation will be notified of any such changes.
Extra Persons:
Treehouses ~
The Standard number of persons allowed to stay in a Treehouse is 2 persons. There are surcharges
incurred for extra persons and they are listed below.
* Breakfast and an extra mattress with linen are
provided with the surcharges:
a) For children under the age of 5 years there is no surcharge.
b) For children aged 12 and under a surcharge of RM15 per night will be incurred and maximum of 2
children will be allowed in addition to the 2 adults.
c) For persons aged 13 years and above the surcharge is RM25 per person per night and only 1 extra
person is allowed in addition to the 2 adults.
Cabins ~ The standard number of persons allowed is 6 persons per cabin. Only 2 extra persons are allowed per unit at any one time
* Breakfast, an extra mattress and linen will be provided with the surcharge. The surcharges are as listed below.
a) For children aged 12 years and below the surcharges is RM12.00 per child per night
b) For persons aged 13 years and above the surcharge is RM20.00 per adult per person per night.
c) For Children under the age of 5 years there is no surcharge.
Checkout
a) The standard check-in time is 2pm while standard check-out time is at 12nn – early check-in and/or late check-out time is subject to the room availability

Santubong with Tree house, cabin, campsite Room Description treehouses ~ Rustic and cosy, are air-conditioned, have ceiling fans, hot showers, a fridge and a verandah facing the sea. The treehouses sleep 2 persons. Single storey cabins ~ cabins accommodate 6 people and have 2 bedrooms, attached bathrooms, a living room and a veranda. The cabins are modestly furnished and are great for families or small groups. Some of these cabins have BBQ pits and a large veranda space for cooking. If you wish to have a BBQ please request such cabins when making your reservations. Double storey cabins ~ Spacious and private, the double storey cabin are a great place to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. Being located some distance from most of the other cabins, they are perfect for those seeking a quiet retreat; comfortably accommodate 10 people. They are equipped with fridges, air-conditioning, hot showers, ceiling fans and electric kettles. Camping ~ the campsite is located towards the end of the resort, where campers can enjoy quiet, privacy and a sense of being immersed in wilderness. The campsite is well supported with toilets and showers, and lighting. It can accommodate up to 80 people. Bring your own tent or sleeping bag as these facilities are not provided Facilities & ActivitiesRestaurant Cafe serves a range of local dishes such as garlic butter prawns, midin belacan, ayam pansoh and chilli crab. We also serve vegetarian dishes. Some of these dishes are exclusively Sarawakian and are cooked the local way; Training rooms of different sizes, suitable for any indoor activity with capacity of 40 to 100 pax depending on room. Are fully furnished and equipped with the standard presentation equipment such as sound system, LCD projector, OHP, white board, and flip chart.
