All Inclusive Package content is for two adults comprising of:
* Accommodation in designated rooms * All meals and non-alcoholic beverages at any of our Food & Beverage outlets inclusive of In-Room dining. This benefit allows you to dine at your own time at any of our Food and Beverage outlets, ordering anything from our comprehensive menus and buffets, including our 24-hour In Room Dining. Consumption of mini bar items are also inclusive and these items replenished on a daily basis. (Excludes consumption of alcoholic beverages, takeaways and special dining arrangements) * Non-motorised water sports equipment, which can be used at no additional cost * Return airport transfers from Langkawi airport or Kuah Jetty to Resort.

The Resort only allows a maximum of 10 children per day. Therefore, suggest to make booking with child as early as we can to avoid booking being rejected.

* Guests will receive an Eco experience Mangrove Tour for 2 persons or a session of 30 minutes facial massage for 2 persons at the Jiva Rhu Spa * These value adds for long stay are not applicable during 20 dec 08 - 31 jan 09 * not allowed to combine this package with other value added packages or honeymoon package
Honeymoon Package:
~ 1 - 4 nights stay
* Guests will receive flowers upon arrival * A framed picture of honeymoon couple presented upon departure
~ 5 - 6 nights stay
* Guests will receive an Eco experience Mangrove Tour for 2 persons or a session of 30 minutes facial massage for 2 persons at the Jiva Rhu Spa * Guests will receive flowers upon arrival * A framed picture of honeymoon couple presented upon departure
Important Notes:
* Guaranteed booking is required for peak period (20DEC08-31JAN09). Minimum stay of 5 nights is required * Any amendment to confirmed reservations resulting in the reduction of room nights will be considered as partial cancellation and is subject to the cancellation policy whereas full cancellation charges will be imposed for peak period booking and any guarantee shall be forfeited accordingly * Any reservations received which includes New Year’s Eve will be levied additional compulsory charges for the Celebration (RM1200.00 per room per package)
Accompanying Children
Except for the Damai Room, children under the ages of 12 may be accompanied in either the Cahaya or the Bayu room category at no extra charge. The Damai room's layout and interior furnishing make it extremely difficult to accommodate an extra mattress. The Cahaya can only accommodate a maximum of one child whereas the Bayu can accommodate two children.
Cancellation & No Show Charges:
Cancellation deadline is 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within the said 45 days or 'No Show' occurs, cancellation charges equivalent to the total room nights will be levied accordingly
Peak Season :
20 December - 10 January 2008 ~ Minimum stay of 5 nights are required. No accompanying children under 12 years of age will be accepted during this period. The rate for teenagers does not apply during this period.
Cancellation Charges:
- Any cancellation made less than 10 days for the normal period booking is subject to 1 night cancellation (per room). Deadline will be advise upon confirmation.
- Guaranteed booking is required for peak period (20DEC08-31JAN09). Minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
- Any amendment to confirmed reservations resulting in the reduction of room nights will be considered as partial cancellation and is subject to the cancellation policy whereas full cancellation charges will be imposed for peak period booking and any guarantee shall be forfeited accordingly (booking cancel less than 45 days /deadline will be given upon confirmation).
- Any reservation received which includes New Year’s Eve will be levied additional compulsory charges for the Celebration (RM1200.00 per room per package for ALL INCLUSIVE whereas RM2000.00 per room per package for STANDARD)
Accompanying Teenagers :
Only 10 children are allowed at the resort at any one time. Teenagers between 13 - 19 years old accompanying their parents should be accommodated in an extra room based on the original package * Teenagers accompanying parents room rate should be accommodated in an extra room based on the original package taken by parents * Not applicable during 20 dec 08 - 10 jan 09
