* Minimum 2 pax to travel * Booking is subject to availability of space. Booking terms and conditions apply * If travel less than 4D/3N package a transfer surcharge will be imposed minimum RM700 * Rates are valid for Malaysian / Singapore / Expatriates with valid work permit * The Company reserves the rights to amend the above without prior notice * Sipadan trips will incur a surcharge of RM40.00 per pax per day subject to availability of permits. For groups of 6 divers or more staying min 5D4N, one (1) complementary trip to Sipadan is inclusive without levy fees. Subject to availability of obtaining permits.

Rooms:

Difference between a chalet and deluxe is that chalet is a single bungalow providing more privacy with own balcony & has bathtub in the bathroom whereas the deluxe rooms are individual rooms linked together in a traditional kampong style. The premier deluxe rooms are all sea facing and closer to dive shops and dining room

Boat & House Reef Dive Schedules:

3 boat dive combinations per day at Mataking, Mataking Kecil, Pandanan and Bohayan with provision of diving weights, weight belt, tanks and dive guide.  (Unused portion of the dives is not refundable and not transferable

First boat dive 0830am ~ Second boat dive 1100am ~ Third boat dive 1500pm

Unlimited house reef diving at Mataking

Morning shore dive begins at 0600am (require to exit the water by 0700am) and
Sunset shore dive begins at 1700pm (open water diver need to exit the water by 1830pm)

Night dives are shore dives from the Dive Centre platform and to be conducted from 1900 hrs to 2100 hrs.
Divers who wish to night dive must show proof of minimum certification of Advance Open Water in the forms of certification cards and/or log books documenting such dives

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* Minimum 4 adults for a 3D/2N and thereafter Minimum 2 adults for longer stay.
* Above rates is per person and based on a TWIN / TRIPLE sharing basis.

* Single Travelers / Occupancy’s Booking:
Peak Period
- Additional 50% on top of the total package for single room occupancy applies, plus an additional   
  RM700 if single land / boat transfer only.
Non Peak Period
- Single charge of a minimum of RM 700 will be charged instead.

* A surcharge of 10% is applicable for the 28th April – 6th May and for the month of August for ALL markets. * Any children who are certified divers will have to pay FULL divers rates regardless of their age and parents are to be held responsible for the safety of all their children at all times. * Proof of Identity and Nationality is required. * Guests who wish to extend their stay while at the resort are required to settle the full payment to us for any extension stay charges upon check-out * Normal Diving package includes 3 daily boat dives at Mataking / Pandanan / Bohayan / Kelapuan / Timba timba / Bohey Dulang / Pom Pom & Unlimited shore buddy dives without guide. Tanks, weights  / weight belt and is provided. ( Diving package are subject to our diving schedules and regulations as set by our dive centre ).

** SPECIAL OFFER : For a group booking of 6 divers and above with a minimum stay of 5D/4N diving trip on the same arrival & departure time is entitled for a special offer of a FREE day diving trip to:-    1). Sipadan Island ( subject to the approval of Sipadan Permit by Sabah Parks authorities, excluding entry permit of RM40.00 per diver per day entry ) OR 2). Mabul Island Or 3). Kapalai Island.

   ~ Our company reserves the final decision and right to determine the destination for this special offer.

Remarks : - Please take note that entry permit fee to Sipadan Island will not be refunded once it is applied and approved.

IMPORTANT NOTE – Due to the restriction Sipadan entry permit quota set by Sabah Parks, guests are required to summit Full Names with Nationality, Gender, Passport Numbers and contact address for us to proceed with the permit applications at least 14 days in advance prior to this can result in order to allow sufficient time to proceed and obtain the permit approval. Failure to do this can result in Guest being denied entry into the islands at the region especially Sipadan Island.

* NOTE : 
For guests who cannot make it for the last boat schedule @ 1600 due to any delay or
unforeseen circumstances will be required to put up a night stay at Tawau / Semporna.

* OTHER RELEVENT Flights with One (1) Night stay in Tawau Hotel

* Guests will be picked up from hotel early next morning at 0700 for onward journey to Semporna jetty to follow 0930 boat transfer into Mataking Island.

2 Times Daily Boat Transfer OUT from Mataking Island

NOTE – Guests are recommended to follow flights that can be connected to our daily REGULAR boat schedule to minimize the waiting time at the airport.

Irregular boat arrangement will be subjected to any substantial group booking or relevant justification. Local departures are subject to flight arrival time, weather conditions, group size and / or any unforeseen irregularity. In the event due to insufficient number of guests to fill up the boat/coach, we may need to re-arrange the above transportation time table. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the content of this timetable at the time of printing.
