Cancellation Policy:
The following charges apply to all reservations cancelled within:
14 days – 50% of total room costs
7 days – 100% of total room costs
This applies to the duration of this contract with the exception of 15 December 2010 – 10 January 2012, this period will incur a 100% cancellation charge for all reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival unless otherwise stated.
Destination Perak ~ Lumut ~ Pangkor Laut Island ~ one island resort Room Type 148 luxurious villas and suites, with a choice of 5 different villa styles: Spa Villas, Sea Villas, Beach Villas, Garden Villas and Hill Villas Room Description Garden Villas (36) ~ These are scattered throughout the foot of the hillside and set amongst the beautiful tropical gardens. The structure is the same as the Hill Villas but with easier and shorter access to the many facilities of the Resort Hill Villas (52) ~ These villas are perched on the hillside amidst the rain forest and views of beautiful tropical gardens, the sea and the larger island of Pangkor. They are constructed in double storey units with two rooms on the lower and two rooms on the upper floor. They have private bathrooms and separate shower Beach Villas (8) ~ These are clustered around the tropical gardens within a few steps of the white sandy beach. They are structured on one level; two units per building, all have private outdoor courtyard bath and shower Sea Villas (21) ~ set on stilts over the sea and linked by wooden walkways. Each have their own en suite bathroom with large bath surrounded by windows, which open out to the sea and island . The villas are all designed to accommodate two guests. Every villa and suite features spacious interiors, luxurious fabrics, and private balconies with cushioned deck chairs. Ensuite bathrooms have large vanities, and, depending on the villa, a separate shower and oversized tub in a private outdoor courtyard or with large windows opening out onto the tropical gardens or sea. All villas have thermostat controlled air-conditioning, king-size bed, writing desk, an electronic safe, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities. Additionally, there is a CD-player with a large selection of music available from the Library Facilities & Activities Royal Bay Beach Club offers light lunches and snacks as well as a variety of refreshing beverages throughout the day; The Samudra is built on stilts over the sea and offers a unique assortment of classical Malay dishes and international cuisine for dinner; Sri Lagenda Lounge ; Uncle Lim's speciality is Nyonya and Hockchew Chinese style home cooking; Palm Grove Café open air informal café serves an extensive buffet breakfast ; Oasis Bar serves refreshing drinks and snacks throughout the day ; Fisherman's Cove Restaurant serves Western Grill, Chinese signature dishes, fresh seafood and Italian cuisine; Dinner on the Rocks ~ Watch the sun set over the glistening waters of the Straits of Malacca at Emerald Bay, followed by a romantic four-course set dinner on a rocky outcrop ; Chapman's Bar is located at beautiful Emerald Bay, and serves excellent light lunches daily, including sandwiches, traditional satay, salads and tasty seafood dishes.
