Payment Terms for Monthly Rates Only:

* One month advance rental and one month security deposit * Cancellation of reservation should be notified in writing seven days before the check in date. The deposit of RM300 will be forfeited if cancellation is made within 3days from the check in date * Tenants have to provide 14days written notice to terminate the tenancy * Amendments of reservation should be notified 3days from the check in date, failing which RM300 will be forfeited
