Barn Policy:
Double Occupancy ~ Maximum 2 person. No charge for child 6 years and below if sharing existing bed, up to a maximum of 1 child under 6 years
Triple Occupancy ~ Maximum 3 persons. No charge for child 6 years and below if sharing existing bed, up to a maximum of 1 child under 6 years.

Meeting Room
Additional charges apply for the use of the meeting room which comfortably seats 14 persons.
Advance booking is advisable.
For more specific equipment, kindly pre-arrange with our office.
Reservations
All confirmed reservations have to be supported by full prepayment for all room nights reserved (Total Nett Rates).
A 75% non-refundable deposit applies.
All reservation are on request basis and subject to vacancy.
Reservations may be made by email or by phone.
Cancellation/Rescheduling /No-Show
More than 5 days cancellation notice given
Non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the applicable rate over the full length of the reserved period shall be applicable for all cancellations made more than 5 days prior to guests scheduled arrival date. Malihom shall reimburse 50% of the reservation rates over the full length of reserved period.
5 days or less-cancellation notice given
Less than 6 days advance cancellation notice given by guests, cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the applicable rate over the full length of the reserved period shall be applicable for all cancellations made less than 6 days prior to guests scheduled arrival date. Malihom shall reimburse 25% of the reservation rates over the full length of reserved period.
No Show
No refund policy
Re scheduling reservation/ arrival dates
Change or re-scheduling the reservation or arrival date is allowed subject to availability of Barn(s).
The number of consecutive reservation dates will remain unchanged.
A minimum of 5 days advance notice is required, no re-scheduling fee will be imposed.
Less than 5 days advance notice, a re-schedulling fee totalling 15% of Total Barn Rates shall be chargeable.
Others
Malihom Sdn Bhd/The Management reserves the right to cancel/withdraw any itinerary/booking made for a customer if it appears that such person(s) is likely to endanger the health/safety or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others at Malihom Estate.
The Company does NOT accept responsibility whatsoever for the actions of third party supplier of services. Any accommodation, transportation and/or service arrangements made directly by the traveller are done so at their own risk. Any missed services/accommodations provided by The Company as a result of Third parties actions are not refundable under any circumstances. The Company’s sole liability shall be limited to a refund of monies paid.
All guests are required to accept the Tenancy Service Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to change/amend the terms and policies of stay/entry into Malihom Private Estate from time to time and at The Company's sole discretion.
