PalanquInn, is an inspired adaption of the original form. PalanquInn is a boutique Bed & Breakfast, comprising two private heritage suites, located on Bangkok Lane on the island of Penang, Malaysia. The property is located within a collection of colonial pre-war townhouses dating back to the 1920s, where two beautiful rows of heritage houses line this street, immortalised in time.

This cozy and intimate room is situated on the ground floor. Although a studio, it is both spacious and unconfined due to its lofty ceiling complemented with the interior's originality. Breakfast can be enjoyed right outside the veranda with a splendid view of the rhythmic street life. *For the Terrace Suite, we would like to warn guests the street comes to life early in the morning. Ear plugs will be provided as a precaution

Loft Suite

A spacious suite with yesteryears wooden flooring is housed on the upper floor. Guests yearning for privacy will be pleased to know occupants have the entire floor to themselves. A poster sofa doubles as a single bed in the lofty living-cum-entertainment room. Guests can choose to savor their breakfast with a breath of fresh air at the balcony or simply in the comforts of the living room. The en suite bedroom is attached to an expansive bathroom with a retractable roof for natural sunlight.
