P.S. Le Club Rawa is only suitable for travellers who are used to basic amenities and accept laid-back island attitude as a way of life. We love Le Club Rawa simply because it just is... no pretentions and the chef's cooking is out-of-this-world!

Boat Transfers:

Speedboat ~
* Boat transfers can be arranged with Le Club. However, if the resort's boat is unavailable on the day for pick up transfers, find a speed boat going to Tioman eg Bluewater Speedboat at Counter No.8, Mersing Jetty and ask to be dropped off at Rawa along the way.

Slowboat ~
* In the event where speedboats are not available, Le Club can arrange for a slowboat for guests. Slowboats must be chartered . These boats are used especially when seas are a little too rough for speedboats to travel.

Credit Card Payment:

* Le Club Rawa does not have credit card facilities. If you're booking your stay at Le Club with us and wish to pay the full amount using credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for your accommodation, please let us know otherwise we will only charge 50% of the total on card and the remaining 50% to pay cash at Le Club Rawa itself. However, bring extra cash with you for your boat tickets - RM45 per person per way and enough for your meals and drinks.

Please check the tidal charts or weather forecast before leaving or planning your trip at www.kjc.gov. Island to check for is Tioman in the dropbox for all islands off Mersing ie pulau rawa, pulau besar, pulau sibu, pulau tioman, pulau pemanggil, pulau aur, pulau dayang... If you're planning to go to the islands during the Full Moon or when there is no moon, then be warned that there will be very extreme tidal conditions ie very high hightides and very low lowtides so boats may have difficulty leaving or entering the Mersing jetty. You may have to wait quite a while for the tidal change. Check the tidal charts.
