Child breakfast is RM 30 per child per breakfast (compulsory for 3yrs old and above) * Airport transfer currently is RM 80 per person per way on SIC basis (RM 160 per person per way for single room occupancy) . Cancellation Policy:

* Individual Room Booking Cancellation ~ Cancellations made less than 30 days from arrival date is subjected to 100% CANCELLATION FEE of total room or packaged booking price * Group Cancellation (3 rooms or more) ~ Cancellations made within 45 days is subject to a 100% CANCELLATION FEE of total room or packaged booking price * An administration charge of RM 100 and minimal bank charges are applicable * There will be no reimbursement for NO SHOW or shortened length of stay AFTER check-in. Full payment chargeable according to initial reservation made * JapaMala is not liable for scheduled flight or ferry cancellations, as such no show charges apply
