P.S. Mutiara Taman Negara Resort is the only accommodation that has the comfort of at least a 4 star hotel status. The rest of the accommodation found at Kuala Tahan are more for budget travellers. There will be a little bit of waiting at the Kuala Tembeling jetty for the 2.00pm boat transfer as the coach transfer leaves KL at 8.00am and the drive to Kuala Tembeling is now about roughly 3hours depending on traffic flow.
