"Kunang-Kunang" , is derived from the local term for fireflies. This is a river cruise along the Klias Peninsular on an 80 feet wooden boat-house a river cruise.
A 1 to 2 hours boat cruising through the mangrove area , kick your shoes off, do a spot of fishing or just enjoy nature's gift.
The second deck serves as the resting and dining area. Sumptuous dinner will be served onboard, crisp and fresh with a capacity of 50 pax.

Destination Borneo ~ Sabah ~ Beaufort ~ Garama Wetlands ~ Kampung Garama Trip Description This day trip takes place at Garama Village; located about 130km from Kota Kinabalu. It's about 2 hour ride from Kota Kinabalu under normal weather conditions. The highlight of this tour is Proboscis Monkey spotting in the wild and also get the chance to see variety of birds, the common Macaque gathering in large numbers, sighting of the rare Silver Langur, large groups of water buffalos and if you're lucky enough, you may see a crocodile in the river bank and fireflies or kunang-kunang Facilities & Activities After dinner , guests will be taken to view the Fireflies colony in all its splendor near the Garama Base Camp.
